Hifz Progress Tracker

Yes. Al-Maktab serves both. Hifz modules (Sabak/Sabki/Manzil tracking, Juz wheel, error recording) and general academic modules (syllabus, class routines, exams, report cards) are independently toggled per tenant using feature flags. A combined madrasa running both departments is the most common setup.
Yes. The guardian portal supports bKash and Nagad payments. Parents log in with a Bengali SMS OTP, see their outstanding invoices, and pay directly. A PDF receipt is auto-generated and sent by SMS immediately after payment. No cash collection needed.
Al-Maktab is Bengali-first by design. All UI labels, 30+ SMS templates, PDF documents (report cards, receipts, admit cards, payslips), and system reports are in Bengali. English and Arabic are also supported and can be toggled per user or per tenant.
The teacher opens the quick-entry UI on a tablet, selects today's session (Sabak, Sabki, or Manzil), taps each student's name, records their performance and any errors (with error type and ayah reference) by tapping pre-built buttons — no typing required. All 18 students can be logged in under 45 minutes. The system then generates progress reports and parent notifications automatically.

Al-Maktab includes an optional CCTV module that integrates with cameras via MediaMTX RTSP-to-HLS relay. Admins can view a live camera grid inside the admin panel with signed 30-minute URL security. Access is role and camera-level controlled with a full audit log. Cloud cameras from EZVIZ and Hikvision are also supported via embed.
Each time a teacher logs a Hifz session, the error details (type, ayah, surah, Juz) are recorded. The AI Analysis module feeds this historical error data to Google Gemini, which identifies recurring patterns — for example, a student consistently making makharij errors on 'ق' or 'ع'. Gemini then generates targeted revision recommendations in Arabic for the teacher, surfaced in the Hifz teacher dashboard.
