Enterprise Subsystems & Feature Hub

Explore all 12 production-ready modules, engines, and background services included out of the box.

Core

Automated MikroTik RouterOS Integration

Deep integration with MikroTik RouterOS via the official API. Customer activation auto-creates PPPoE secrets and Simple Queues within 30 seconds. Billing suspension auto-disables the PPPoE user; payment reactivates it instantly. Package upgrades update queue speed in real time. Supports multiple MikroTik devices across network zones simultaneously. SSL API connection, AES-256 credential encryption, and failed-job retry with NOC alert.

Core

Omnichannel Billing Engine

Automated recurring invoice generation via Laravel Scheduler. Supports monthly, anniversary, and custom billing cycles. Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SSLCommerz, AmarPay, Stripe, cash, and bank transfer. Auto-proration on package change. Late fee automation. Credit and debit note management with approval workflow. Customer advance wallet with auto-application. Aging buckets report (current, 30, 60, 90+ days). PDF invoices with tenant branding and QR code.

Multi-Tier Reseller Ecosystem

ISPs can create reseller accounts — local shops, apartment managers, or sub-distributors — who sell internet under the ISP's infrastructure with their own pricing and customer pool. Three-tier margin system: ISP base price → reseller price → customer price. Reseller wallets: ISP top-ups wallet; reseller uses balance to activate customer packages. Low balance SMS alerts. Isolated reseller dashboards. ISP admin sees all tenants; resellers see only their own.

Field Technician & GPS Dispatch

Mobile-ready task management for field technicians and collection agents. Task types: Installation, Repair, Collection Visit, Equipment Pickup, Survey, Maintenance. Admin creates and assigns tasks with zone, time slot, and priority. Field agent checks in via GPS on task start, uploads photos (up to 5), captures customer signature on canvas, and checks out with GPS on completion. Cash payment collection recorded against customer invoice in real time. Agent performance dashboard and zone coverage map.

Customer Self-Service PWA

Mobile-optimized Progressive Web App for customers. Passwordless login via phone number + SMS OTP — no email or password required. Dashboard shows current package, data usage, outstanding invoices, payment history, and support ticket status. Pay bills directly via bKash, Nagad, or SSLCommerz inside the portal. Submit support tickets, request package upgrades, and view gate-pass or installation history. Installable as a home screen app on Android and iOS.

AI

Real-Time NOC Dashboard

Network Operations Center dashboard for ISP staff and managers. Live KPI tiles: active subscribers, suspended accounts, today's collection, open tickets, overdue invoices. MikroTik active PPPoE session viewer with per-customer download/upload speeds, uptime, and force-disconnect. Network node topology diagram. Optical power monitoring for OLT/ONU. Interface traffic polling every 5 minutes via SNMP. ApexCharts bandwidth usage graphs. Real-time alerts via Laravel Reverb WebSockets.

SLA-Enforced Support Ticketing

Full helpdesk system with SLA clock enforcement. Ticket creation by staff, customer portal, or API. Auto-escalation on SLA breach with supervisor notification. Canned reply templates. Internal notes (not visible to customer). CSAT survey sent on ticket closure. Ticket categories, priority levels, and zone-based routing. SLA configuration per plan tier (e.g., 4-hour response for enterprise customers). Full ticket audit trail.

Network & Equipment Management

Full network infrastructure inventory. OLT and ONU device tracking with port mapping and signal power levels. IPAM: IP pool management, subnet allocation, IP-to-customer assignment. VLAN management. Node topology diagram showing parent-child relationships between PoPs, distribution nodes, and customer endpoints. Equipment health status (online/offline/warning). Integration with Google Maps for geographic node placement.

Package & Plan Engine

Unlimited, FUP (Fair Usage Policy), and Hotspot package types. Zone-based pricing — same package can have different prices in different coverage areas. FUP policies: reduce speed after data cap, notify customer at 80% and 100%. Burst speed configuration. Add-on packages: static IP, extra data GB, priority QoS. Package change workflow with proration calculation. Scheduled package change (takes effect on next billing cycle).

White-Label Multi-Tenancy

Built on stancl/tenancy v3 with database-per-tenant architecture for absolute security and data isolation. Each ISP tenant gets its own database, storage bucket, custom subdomain or CNAME domain, branding (logo, colors, invoice header), and feature flags. Super Admin landlord panel manages tenant provisioning, SaaS subscription tiers (Laravel Cashier + Stripe), MRR analytics, and global platform health monitoring.

Automated Notification Engine

30+ pre-built SMS and email trigger templates covering the full subscriber lifecycle: invoice generated, payment received, auto-suspension warning, connection restored, ticket update, package expiry, FUP cap reached, field agent en route. Visual template builder with variable substitution. Bulk broadcast for network maintenance announcements. Scheduled notification campaigns. Multi-channel: SMS (SSLCommerz SMS, Twilio), email (SMTP/Mailgun), and in-app.

REST API & Webhook Integration

Full RESTful API with Laravel Sanctum token authentication. Auto-generated API documentation via Scribe. Outgoing webhooks for billing events (invoice.created, payment.received, customer.suspended). API endpoints for: customer management, invoices, packages, field tasks, and notifications. Suitable for integration with third-party billing software, RADIUS servers, or reseller white-label portals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions regarding licensing, deployment, POS hardware, and courier integrations.

How does the MikroTik integration work?

Manfi NetOps connects directly to your MikroTik RouterOS devices via the official RouterOS API over SSL. When a customer is activated, the system automatically creates their PPPoE secret and assigns their bandwidth queue. If an invoice is overdue past the grace period, the system automatically disables the PPPoE secret, terminating their connection. When payment is received, it re-enables the user within 30 seconds — no manual router access required.

What payment gateways are supported for bill collection?

Out of the box, Manfi NetOps supports bKash (checkout and direct tokenized), Nagad, Rocket, SSLCommerz, AmarPay, and Stripe for international payments. Customers can pay directly inside the self-service PWA or through payment links sent via SMS. Cash collection by field agents is also supported and reconciles against customer invoices in real time.

Can I manage sub-resellers with their own pricing?

Yes. The Reseller Ecosystem module lets you create reseller tiers (e.g., area managers, local computer shops). Resellers get their own branded portal, an advance wallet that you top up, and the ability to provision and manage their own customer pool. You set the base package cost; resellers set the customer price and keep the margin. Resellers can only see their own customers.

Does it work if we have multiple MikroTik routers in different zones?

Yes. You can register unlimited MikroTik devices and map each router to one or more network zones (e.g., Zone A: Dhanmondi, Zone B: Mirpur). When a customer is created in a zone, their PPPoE credentials are automatically provisioned on the corresponding router. The NOC dashboard monitors all connected routers in a single unified view.

Can field technicians collect cash payments?

Yes. When a field agent collects cash from a customer, they record it directly in the mobile task interface. The payment is recorded as a cash collection against the customer's invoice, a receipt SMS is instantly dispatched to the customer, and the collection is attributed to the field agent's daily cash float for end-of-day office reconciliation.

Is each ISP's data separated?

Yes. Manfi NetOps uses stancl/tenancy v3 with a database-per-tenant architecture. Every ISP institution has its own isolated database schema, storage bucket, and custom domain or subdomain. No customer records, router credentials, or financial data are ever shared or accessible across tenants.

Can customers pay their bill without an account password?

Yes. Customers log into the self-service PWA using only their registered mobile number and an SMS OTP. Once logged in, they can view their outstanding bill and pay via bKash or Nagad in two taps. No username or password to remember.
